Our Editor Miguel Angel Virasoro was awarded the Dirac Medal by the ICTP

The International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) has awarded the Dirac Medal to Miguel Angel Virasoro along with André Neveu and Pierre Ramond "for their pioneering contributions to the inception and formulation of string theory which introduced new bosonic and fermionic symmetries into physics". Miguel Angel has been supporting Papers in Physics for over a decade in his role as member of the Advisory Board, an honor for us. We warmly congratulate him for this award!
